I assumed it was Black Box's "Ride on Time" but it doesn't seem to be that. It's a black woman singing "doo doo doot doo" with a upwards-lifting melody, very similar tone to "Ride on Time."I just remembered this one cartoon about a yellow cat with a purple vest on and a purple hat. If I’m not wrong he also has a walking cane and he acts like a gentleman. also this cartoon was aired on boomerangtv. Artstyle as the title says.
